In 2022, Erica was ranked #1 in individual GCI and #1 in individual volume. Also, she is #3 in individual rental GCI with being #5 in individual transactions. Erica ranks #5 & #8 Nationally in volume and GCI across all Individual Agents within Douglas Elliman. With an extensive background in development, Erica made a smooth transition into real estate. Her prior professional experience combined with renovating many of her own properties in the last decade has provided her with an exceptional knowledge of the approval and construction process.
